Himalayan Honeymoon

Take a 5-night trip exploring cultural attraction, historic heritage, and hidden treasure of Nepal in Kathmandu, Nagarkot and Pokhara. Start in Kathmandu and see the Temple of Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath and Boudhanath. Afterward, travel to Nagarkot Situated in a strategic location, Nagarkot was an ancient fort of the Kathmandu valley built to monitor the external activities of other kingdoms. Later, it became a summer retreat for the royal family before becoming popular as an international hill station. Next, travel to Pokhara ,where the Annapurna Range dominates a valley of lakes and rivers.

Day 1: Kathmandu

Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Evening visit Pashupatinath for aarati Darshan.

Day 2: Kathmandu/Nagarkot

Visit Boudhanath stupa, Jal Narayan, Syabhuthanath, Bhaktapur Durbar square and further drive to Nagarkot that commands one of the broadest views of the Himalayas in the Kathmandu valley (8 Himalayan ranges of Nepal out of 13 from here). The ranges include Annapurna range, Manaslu range, Ganesh Himal range, Langtang range, Jugal range, Rolwaling rang, Mahalangur range (Everest range) and Numbur range with views of the Kathmandu Valley and Shivapuri National Park.

Day 3: Nagarkot/Pokhara

Sunrise view from the hotel and after breakfast, drive west through rural landscape to picturesque Pokhara, where the high Annapurna Range dominates a valley of lakes and rivers. Enroute visit Manokamana Temple by cable car.

Day 4: Pokhara

Enjoy the breathtaking scenery, including Lake Phew and some of the Himalayas highest peaks. Afternoon sightseeing includes David Falls, Peace Pagoda and Gupteswor caves, an hour boating at Lake and Bindabasini Temple.

Day 5: Pokhara/Kathmandu

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu. Afternoon, free at leisure. This evening enjoy a Nepalese dinner and traditional dance.

Day 6: Departing Kathmandu

Free at leisure .Transfer to the airport for departure.
